TMD pieces are handcrafted one at a time, they are not mass produced.
Every piece is a creation of ours. There may be natural blemishes or variations that are not flaws. Such variations are inherent in the natural elements and characteristics of handmade pieces, so you may find minor distinctions that make your TMD purchases special and truly one-of-a-kind.
The product images on the TMD website may differ from the pieces you receive due to variations in using electronic mediums and their settings, for example your – computer, laptop, tablet or smartphones.
Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of pieces, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date information on our Web site. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This site may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and some information may not be complete or current.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Shipping Policy
- Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the distance it has to travel from Iowa.
- Please confirm your address prior to ordering as we are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address-additional costs to correct are the responsibility of the buyer.
- At this time with Covid restrictions, TMD cannot currently support global clients. However should those restrictions change, to state at that time, TMD is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping as these fees are incurred from your country due to importation.
- Requests for specific shipping additions — i.e. next day, three-day air, signature required — can be accommodated for an additional charge to the customer.
- We ship via USPS all packages are carefully wrapped and insured. There is no signature required unless specified.
- Any items received damaged due to shipping-please contact TMD within 24 hours and keep all shipping materials denoting the date you received your purchase.
